It's a paper money storage bag. If you want one you can get it at the Certified Collectables Group (CCG) Store. I don't believe it's really meant for long term storage, but is more for temporary transport of notes. Essentially, it's just a bank money bag with the PMG logo. Personally, I've never felt the need to get one.
