Curious as to MDS or LDS? Seems fairly clean . I will tell you excellent luster, as usual scope doesn't capture that. Incomplete steps definitely hurts it.

Chatter on entire bust holds it to 66RD . Anything going on with date and MM ?

color? again I have a hard time with the photos

Angle of the light and scope. I get fooled often and have to go back and look at coin through loupe. Does this coin look EDS because of smooth fields. Still trying to grasp that? Maybe not EDS since I went back again to look at picture and I seem to see some polishing lines. doesn't seem like there would be lines if EDS.
