Here are a few of my MS 63's for comparison, I think your coin looks better. I have not seen these in hand yet.

There's a pretty obvious halo effect - I'm wondering if that's why it's at 63? Meaning that there's been some contact - possibly just in the bag - with the open surfaces...

Interesting, these are

Old green PCGS
2 letter ICCS
2 letter embossed ICCS

From the photos, I still think your coin looks like a higher grade. Maybe post some photos at a different angle? Or it might just be undergradded, most in this thread seem to think so. Either way, still a very nice coin you have

The obverse surfaces look a little 'rough'.

I think it's more like a 63, actually.
