I'd say XF-40 with an old cleaning. Hard to say if the hairlines in the right obverse field would detail it.

This one is odd. In the reverse, two of the arrowheads are sharply struck and one is flat. Three leaves in the olive branch are sharp and the other two are flat. Eagle's left leg and feathers in arrows are flat but the head and wings of the eagle are razor sharp. Intriguing pattern of strike weakness in the reverse with very stark contrast.
