It is close to a 65, but several deep distracting marks makes it a standard 64 in my eyes.

Very obvious defects on the cheeks and in the central field.MS-63.

the hair around the ear should be a little sharper. reverse looks solid. there may be a little too many scuffs and field marks on obv to make it to 65

MS64, maybe 64+, but I think that cheek keeps it out of 65
