@dia, is the silver color an artifact of your picture-taking or is that your question? If that is your question, then your coin has either been plated or else rubbed with mercury. This is also consistent with the slightly high weight.

Most likely was caught in a fire or burnt by some kid as a science experiment, or it spent a while underground. The extra weight is probably due to carbon deposits on the coin. I can tell you that this is 100% PMD unfortunately.

. Environmental damage of some sort. Looks like there is some kind of gunk on the coin adding weight to it.

With the extra weight, there is possibly something on the coin.
Whatever the cause, it damage, not an error.
