if you are saying this is "DDO-003", why dont you have a close up picture of the date with mintmark?

does NOT look like DDO-003

from the pictures provided, I do not see any doubling on the obverse or reverse

Looks like a normal coin to me. None of the images are showing a doubled die with spread on the devices. You are looking too close at the outside edges of the devices. A lot of normal stuff happens out there with coin contact. Look at the centers of the devices, not on the outside/inside areas of the devices.

Your coin is normal. That area on your coin is not showing the hub doubling. So it is not from that die. In other words, the fingerprints are not a match.
