Well I see that the rim is almost gone on the right side. Is it worn down? Could be, but the horses tail is not that worn and has decent definition. This could be a Grease Filled Die.

Weight? It might be a tapered planchet if it is under weight?

If the weight is normal, it maybe a Struck Through Grease issue. But with the weakness on the rim, I'm thinking this could be a tapered planchet.
