Difficult to assess given the pics posted. Please post full, large and sharp images of the obverse and reverse. My initial reaction is die chips (maybe). Need new photos. Thanks.

From the second photo supplied, I would have to say they
are small die chips.

Look like ordinary die chips or gas bubbles - NOT an error.
