Note on the date, the left side of the devices are affected, by having the contour of the devices removed and leaving a 90 Degree angle on that side of the devices. Not the right side of the devices show the contour. So it is not hub doubling. Hub doubling enlarges/sometimes distorts the devices on a doubled die. Look at the centers of the devices to see if they are wider than normal. On your coin the are smaller than normal. So the MD and a polished die was why you coin was affected. Not a doubled die though, no die doubling is present, just reduction of the devices. Variety Vista doesn't list a DDO on either of the mints that year.

Just a few DDO's, but there are minor on most of them.

Is the nicest one. It is a proof coin. But take a look to see what to look for on this year. That is the map to take you to your destination.
