As you can see, this coin is completely hammered. I noticed on the reverse below the states is a raised area almost looks like blistering. It doesn't look like post mint damage to me. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Post Strike damage to the coin. (garage job, not a mint error)

@west, we always attribute this bubbling or blistering on clad coins to damage from exposure to extreme heat—a so-called campfire coin.
