This one is kind of funny looking for PMD but I can't think of anything that could cause this during striking. As for what coop said it's good advice. Even in Canada lower denomination coins are really tough to find in good shape and we'll struck.

On a side note it took me a second to figure out what you were saying @coop I don't have a click and drag function on my cellphone to highlight but I managed lol.
