Hi. I ask for your expertise on this one cent that has many duplications. See the chin, the neck, the mint letter D, and many other anomalies. Then I ask what are those reliefs that start from the face surrounded by so many points?

Looks like a stain of some sort, along with a possible plating bubble next to the MM.

Good morning. It is not bubbles but excess of metal. Strange dots looks like a drawing. It looks like a PMD gone bad.
