This came to me completely unattributed.

The style of the horse reminds me of some Celtic coinage. Am I on the right track?

Roughly 15 mm in diameter with a weight of 1.85 grams.

Thank you. Apparently it's a drachm of Antimachos II (160-155 BC), Nike reverse.

The control mark in the field confirms the identity of the figure. The tops of the letters of the ruler's name (AZOY) are visible below the horseman.
