Please bear with me. I'm trying to get the hang of things.
Far as I see this is (approximately)where the die is causing the clashes (?)
Something maybe looks like affected tops of the doorway and windows to the right n left of door. Maybe not.

Nice interesting coin. Showing a striking issue on both sides of the coin. One from a clashed die issue, making it a die event and the struck through a capped die. another striking event, at different times on the die, and then on your coin combined together. Probably very little of these out there?
