The date has what looks to me like a plating bubble on the 8 and to be honest I have no idea if this is supposed to have a mint mark or not, in some light it looks like I can see one and in other light I cannot. Dipped in acid, The weight, will be under weight. (A agree with heat and the weight will be close to normal.
