I'm going to SF and LA soon, can anyone recommend any shops that have $20, $10, $5, etc, pre-1933 eagles in stock?
These are hard to come by in Europe and I'd like to stock up on them. I really don't like the NGC slabs, so I prefer them out of it... they don't need to be in mint condition, nor they need to be rare.

If I was going to SF, I would check out Witter Coins as they have a new store on Lombard St. They have a selection of gold coins. You can check out their website and call them before you go. I done business with them online.

I also went to Witter Coins while in SF, they deal in mostly high end coins. If that's what your looking for the selection is very nice. https://www.wittercoin.com/

If bullion coins are what you are looking for, https://www.golddealer.com usually has a good inventory. It is near LAX. A bit further south there is Liberty Coins.

Thanks for the help, looks like some of those have good coins!
One more recommendation: any good dealer in Las Vegas? There are lots of them online but seem a bit dodgy.

Sorry, answering to myself here, but found a page that seems to have some good ones in Las Vegas: https://cbmint.com/nevada/Still, if any members have recommendations please let me know!

I buy bullion from Liberty Coin, Signal Hill, CA. They have a store there, an online store and also on ebay. They have some pre 1933 gold, but I don't know much about that or their prices. https://libertycoin.com/

You have to go to Witter Coins!
