Not seeing any RPM here, but that said - you mentioned that the date looks different.

RPM's don't happen to the dates, only the MM - of which many above has mentioned that it is not an RPM either, but back to the date:
It looks normal to me.

There is are a few RPMs that are on the date:
1959D-1MM-021
1968-D-Lincoln-Memorial-Cent-RPM?
1956D-1MM-016
1968-D-Lincoln-Memorial-Cent-RPM?
That is the two I can think of at this time.
