1983 D Lincoln Penny Error?

[think] I have a 1983 penny that has strange marks. I I think there is a D next to the date and under his nose is this worth anything?

Looks like a plating bubble (zinc rot).

If the plating gets split is gets altered when the zinc get oxygen. Thus a pink prick will make this process start and it is now rising. Thus it looks like a 'D', but it is too small to be a letter. Just rot.
