Well like I mentioned up too. My mom asked me to help her get as many options as I could about this quarter. Anything and everything will definitely help me. If you would like better pictures or a specific angle please let me know. Thank you all for your help.

Sorry, just looks like post mint damage to me. Notice how the metal is pushed in and raised, the disturbed and distorted rims, and the scrape marks on the front. That's a sure sign of damage, as there is nothing during the minting process that would cause those sorts of marks.

Looks like it was dropped in traffic.
Not an error.
It's just severely damaged.

Badly damaged coin.
An error can only occur during the striking of a coin,
anything that happens after that is damage.

Damage to a coin from circulation is never a mint error. The coin was normal. Just like if you bought a new car and wrecked it, that is not a factory error.

It happened after they sold the car. Same for a damaged coin. Just as it looks different, the means of what caused the damage is not a mint error. A mint error will happen before/during the strike. Afterwards if the coin is damaged, it is not a mint error.

@via, first welcome to CCF. Second, while I agree that there is a huge amount of damage to this coin, it does appear as though the mintmark was filled it when the coin was struck. This is due to the die post which forms the center of this letter breaking off at some point. While not an error per se, it is a die event. Examples of this are quite common and don't add value, but I though that it was still worth mentioning.
