Looks like contact damage and extreme die wear. Not a doubled die. The doubled dies on that series look like distorted devices and enlarged:

Note the distortion of the devices on the image on the right? That is what to look for on these single squeeze die varieties.

Motto and earlobes are the only area to check on for the DDO:

Taller/wider than the normal sizes of devices. Most often noticed on the central areas of the design They whisper a shout, saying "Look at me!" They blend in, unless you are really looking for them. Thus, study the sites to know what to look for. If not, you just spinning your wheels

CoopHome: What should I look for on the single squeeze doubled dies? They are not like the dies that existed in the past for doubled dies.
