Found this penny the other day. Can anyone help me identify what's going on with it. I think it could be possible die break or another coin stuck to die during strike or just a really bad doubled die. I'm not sure but I posted pics below.

No matter how it happened, it is damage.
Nothing there that could happen during the striking of the coin.

Agree with the above--post-strike damage, a good dose of staining, and some accumulation of crud.

I will try to get a better pic of the reverse in good detail. I thought it was damaged too until I took a picture with one of my cameras. Looked like it was struck really bad while rotating. Or maybe it is just damage but my better camera is way better. A bunch other coins in question I'll try to post eventually also. Thanks for taking time to check it out

Better pictures will not really prove anything, instead post photos of your other coins.
There is nothing on that coin that can't be attributed to damage and nothing that can
be be attributed to an error.
