1909 Indian Cent - Planchet Mark?

I'm wondering if this curved, raised line is definitely a planchet error? Do these type of strikes usually show on both sides of the coin? The color of the coin seems to change near the mark and matches on the obverse side.

Looks like the coin has been cleaned.
Maybe that has something to do with it.

Something about the font in this coin doesn't look right to me.

Your photos aren't showing much of a concern about that mark that is supposedly raised .
