I think I see an MS-64/65 here So to me, $145 is really a cheap pickup considering retail is at least $600 to $850 for the slant 5 in date.

I can see an MS63RB from a TPG as an EAC grade? Maybe AU55.

I could also see this going details for an old cleaning potentially the reverse is much worse the the obverse, I see signs of possible spot removal and dome discoloration in the remaining luster on the fields that leads me to think it was messed with at one point.

What is the lines of dots on the reverse? damage or something else? I've never seen anything like that on a coin before.

I'm not sold on it being UNC, with that reverse. Spot detracts for me. AU58/MS62 tops

if there was a cleaning I'm thinking market acceptable. I'm going with MS62 maybe 63. rotating the coin will give a better idea if any of the original surfaces have been altered. if this was circulated it was for like 10 min. as I'm not seeing anything that would point me in that direction. right on the cusp of RB but I'm going with BN on this one.

the marks on the reverse look incused so again this is one for an in-hand inspection
