1984 D Cent "Bullnose 4"

Added to my collection.

I'm unable to find this 1984 D anywhere on Wexler, Variety Vista or CC's.

The "4" in the date is unique. Also, there is doubling in the IGWT.

Clearer pics would help but probably just damage. Might be some thickness though to the other devices though, not related to your question, that clearer pics would help with too.

better pictures would help. If you can, please post up a close-up of the 4 if you can.
At the left corner of the 4 could be a small die chip, maybe a plating bubble.
Overall I see nearly horizontal lines on obverse and reverse, which are roller lines

Hard to tell from the picture but it is either a plating bubble or a small
Die Chip, neither of which are errors.
Also there is no doubling on the IGWT

Agree, it's probably a plate bubble under the tip of the 4.

Maybe chip or wear on 4.
