The glare gives it away as Machine Doubling. If there is a 90 degree flat angle on that area, then it is Machine Doubling. Also other devices on that area would probably show the same angle of Machine Doubling. The center of this design is slightly in another area for doubling on this design:
Looks like the mint figured out the target areas already and probably no DDR's or DDO's maybe limited with these designs? Time will tell.
