I would say ms64
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

a little peripheral gold toning adds a little to the eye appeal. average strike for this year. not sure if the luster is intact on the cheek. photos are a little small but it looks like there is a scratch across high part of the cheek by the nose and several on the neck and jaw. MS63+ might get a bump for the gold toning.

I think the distracting hit on the lower cheek limits this one to MS-63. Other than that though it's fantastic.

new photos...due to the shadows across the cheek luster is still up in the air. if the luster is unbroken MS64 otherwise MS63+. the hit on the obv is definitely distracting and in a key area. a TPG may ding it for 1/2pt

Knife wound to the lower mandible would see this down to MS63.
