The coin on vv doesn't have the same die chip in the number 9 of the date, which is not definitive, but still a little odd. I'm interested to see what others think. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/14/2022 12:28 pm It is the serifs that would be part of a tilted RPM. The arrow on the field is not part of the RPM. It is the upper serif that is the RPM as Spence mentioned. The reverse devices are just showing Machine Doubling. An image of the full Date and mintmark area would be more helpful for a confirmation of the RPM location. (Most of the times on the tilted ones, we often don't see a match on them. (As they are too minor to be listed. But I always save them in a tube in case they do get listed) But probably not in my life time. Edited by coop 06/14/2022 12:32 pm Report this Post to the Staff

I still think that the rotation of the RPM is a 14 but can't explain why the chip on the 9 is not on VV, unless this is a later version just being found. Collecting since 1972.
