I have a 2009 D penny that weighs 3.1 grams but on top of that ot also has the 2008 memorial reverse instead of the new lincoin designs. I cant find any info on or about it

Yep, a fake. The zeros in the date are too close together, and the 2 and the 9 are the wrong shape.

Formed from two different year of coins. The information will not be listed as a legit coin, because it is not a legit coin.   Your coin is showing the same doubled rim.    Altered coin faces. CoopHome: What is a magician coin? How are they made? How can your tell they are fakes from two different altered coins? Rim and edge comparisions

 to the CCF This is not a Magician's coin. Just a very bad fake. People look at the devises. Thay are so bad, anyone can see it's fake.

I would love to have this one in my collection just because it's so bad! I agree that it's a Magician's coin, but they seem to have used a counterfeit obverse and a real Memorial reverse as the details are not flat and distorted like the image of Lincoln.
