Many years back there were a few sites that maintained lists of problem buyers, allowing you to cut and past the user names into your ebay blocked bidder list. All of these lists were all-inclusive. The few I've seen lately are outdated and appear to have not been updated in sometime.

Would the Coin Community Forum permit a thread that maintains a streamlined, "live" list of problem coin buyers, that we could all share? Or is there already one that I've missed/

If such a lists violates the forum's rules, I understand.

Thanks,
James

We have a topic for discouraged sellers, so I see no reason to not have for for discouraged buyers.

I invite further comments from the rest of the staff.

A "discouraged" list sounds good to me.

Does 'discouraged' refer to dead beat/evil sellers, or sellers who have become discouraged?

I believe he is referring to problem buyers who perpetually seem to have issues with sellers on ebay. This idea has the potential to be both good and bad depending on who posts. You might have some basic guidelines about this such as listing some sort or supportive evidence.

Sounds like a problematic endeavor to me. Buyers can be obnoxious, but would this be reason enough for a buyer make it on the list? Some clear guidelines would be really necessary.
