Hows About This 1994 Lincoln Memorial 1 Cent?

There's a lot of doubling on the obverse especially the words "LIBERTY", 'we' and the 4 in 1994.and on the obverse I'm not sure what is going on on the reverse. There is an object between the E and S in states and there's one below the memorial steps just above the NT in cent. Report this Post to the Staff
