Looks as if the metal has been removed after the strike. Do you happen to know the weight of the coin? If it's been sanded or mechanically removed the coin may now be underweight.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

The reverse looks like much of the higher surface detail has been abraded (and metal 'lost' as a result).

The surface has been sanded down, PMD. There have been a couple like this show up lately. Perhaps someone trying to create an "error" coin.

This is deliberate damage.

If altered, they were very careful to not touch the reverse rims. But I feel is looks suspicious also.

Well I brought this coin to a lcd , and he said he's almost positive that this wasn't a PMD, and was done somehow during mint, as everything he seen and with the weight of the coin says it was deliberately done and was done during mint process

Well looking a second time, it looks like someone smacked it with something flattening the reverse devices and the cheek on the obverse. So it is still post strike damage. The rims are all strong, like a normal strike happened. Incuse marks on the bottom of the bust and and under the 'S' on trust. It is damage.

Thank you Coop, for your opinion, as the lcd, also said his thoughts was just his opinion and I would have to get it graded, for it to be something someone would buy as a error, and with everyone's opinions on here, I'll take the expert thoughts, from you guys, on this site, and stack it up as PMD, and I really really appreciate u everyone's true thoughts on every question I've ever had, and you guys do it, just to be nice, and it's very refreshing to have a group of very knowledgeable people, with the knowledge and also will pass on that, and use that, without asking for nothing in return.I do applaud all of you for that, and give yourself a pat on the back, because it's mainly the reason I feel more comfortable getting back into the hobby, this site is absolutely the reason for that, and I am sorry, as the have terrible grammar and penmanship, but I will work on that, good day to all and good bless!!!

If you are concerned about spelling and grammar, you might try a Word program. I use this to correct miss spelling, and on long messages, I use this to get all the information setup with the links and quotes and ETC. Then Copy paste it to the new topic or thread that is being addressed. If you can't find the spelling or meaning for a term, use the speaker option on your cell phone to get the information on how to spell or meaning of a word. It takes a lot of pressure off a commenter. We are all coin brothers and always there to help out as needed. (When I post, then I re-read to make sure everything is correct. If not, then you edit up to 24 hours. If longer than that, it won't happen)
