I can find zero information on this PCGS graded 2016 American Silver Eagle PR70 DCAM 30th Anniversary, Lettered Edge. There are pictures for the 2017 version but not the 2016. Also, the obverse having "Modern Coin Rarities 1986-2016 Discovering The Rare Coins of Tomorrow Today!" is from a book and its tagline. What is the connection between this book and this coin? Any and all help (including price it has sold for recently *fingers crossed*) would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!

I entered it into the PCGS Cert app and clicked on "View in PCGS CoinFacts." Click on the "Auctions" menu. The coin you have is worth about $70-$200, it looks like . Can't find anything about the label, though.

The book, Modern Coin Rarities 1986-2016, was published by Westminster Mint, a coin dealer in Minnesota; it was written by Ian Clay, president of Westminster. By all indications, it was a book designed to be an in-house sales/promotional tool by which the company could market the coins listed in it (likely at prices above market). (They are not the first coin firm to produce such a book/booklet.)

The Silver Eagle you've shown was likely sold by Westminster as a tie-in piece at the time the book was published (2017). The special insert does not appear to hold much cache with collectors, so it's likely that coins in such holders will not command strong market premiums.
