24 hours later and 30,343 burnished ASEs are available? I don't get it, according to Coin Week "Due to overwhelming demand, all inventory for this coin is reserved for enrollments. However, customers may still have an opportunity to purchase the products, subject to availability after enrollment orders are reconciled." 30,000+ orders got bounced from enrollments?
HHL is now listed as none.

They also claimed they did not have the resources for Morgan and Peace dollars this year. I really wanted a 2022 Peace dollar.

Multiple variants year by year, design change, high price... I'm not surprised by waning demand for ASEs. I've heard a lot of people (here and elsewhere) say that this gives them a nicely-defined stopping point for their collection. I'm sure the chase becomes exhausting both mentally and financially.
Does this mean it may be too late to get a good return for my LE examples of the Type 1?

I was pretty happy they were still available since missing the enrollment.
There was also no traffic on the website at noon although it is annoying the PayPal option disappears on anticipated hot releases.

I am surprised by the "waning interest" in ASEs. The only good coins IMHO are the ASE and the AGE coins. I think the rest of the Mint's stuff is crap. I used to buy the annual proof and uncirculated sets, but the silly quarters and golden dollars ruined that.

Maybe Daniel Carr can fill in for the Mint and produce the 2022 proof dollars?

@pce, you will notice that I have lightly edited your reply to remove a slur. Please remember that this is a family-friendly site and words of hate have no place here. Thank you.

What is "burnished" about this coin? It just seems like a regular uncirculated ASE to me but I've got to be missing something here.
