Does anybody know what happened with that Proof album? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Trying to find something for proof and reverse proofs only

That is what I want Dansco to make, but I doubt they will break from their norm: Date, P&D, P/D/S-proof/S-silver proof; although it does appear they may make that last one a P/D/S-proof/S-reverse proof for the Innovation dollars since there is no silver proof.

Ah okay, was really hoping for one just for proofs. I might just get the P&D album and use that, like you talked about earlier.

Yes, I think I will settle for that. I would hate buying two date albums at nearly twice the price.

The innovations Dollar Album #7188, P & D is apparently available now but not showing in stock at wizardcoinsupply. (September 15, 2022- Album #7188 for Innovation Dollars is now is production! ) Edit: 7188 is in stock on ebay. (search dansco 7188 or can pm me and I'll find a link)

With proofs: This will be a two part album. Part one covers 2018 to 2024. It will be 7 pages and have model number 8188. Once work is done on 7188, Dansco anticipates starting work on this album. We expect it in first quarter of 2023. Part two will be model 8189 for 2025-2032. Work will not start on proofs Part 2 until after 7188 and 8188 have been produced. So we expect it mid-2023. You can sign up for notifications when available if you prefer to use that particular seller (wizardcoinsupply) but might find it elsewhere as well.
https://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/in...o+innovation Dansco lists the proofs album as coming out Innovations Dollar Proof Albums - End of October 2022, so bets as to whether this or CherryPickers Guide 6th edition will be out first

if they make 2 albums, one for P D and one for proofs, I may have to move pages around from one album to another so the first page could be XXXX years P/D and the next page from the other album same years but the Proof and Rev proofs. That way I can keep the years together.
But I hope that the 81XX albums will contain all 4 coins of each year.

I ended up purchasing a P&D (7188) to hold my proof and reverse proofs. Seemed like it was going to be the best option for what I wanted.

This is from the Dansco site on the 8188 Innovation album:

Quote:
NEWEST INFO: We have heard Dansco will produce an album for these U.S. Innovation Dollars by the end of 2022. Please be aware we do not have any info that is not listed here.

Dansco as recently let us know that they will be producing album 8188 to cover the P, D and S Proof Innovation dollars from 2018-2024.

No mention of the reverse proof for this album or is it implied?

I don't see it explicitly stated anywhere. They will make a lot of people unhappy if they don't include the reverse in that

I suppose we are just going to have to wait until Dansco releases the 8188 to see whether or not it has the reverse proof.

At this point I am certain my dream of getting a "proof and reverse proof" album is all but dead. I will probably get the P&D, although using two date set albums is not off the table.

I did email Dansco yesterday to find out about 8188 including both S proof and S reverse proof as well as any thought to making a S proof/S reverse proof only album at some point for those who bought the P/D album, but if they will reply with new info is unknown and would then have to just wait for some type of announcement or release. I'll post if there is any answer

with the chance I may shoot myself in the foot here, I think I'll wait a bit to see how the 8188 with proofs album will look like first.. (Hoping beyond hope that it will also include the reverse proofs.)
