What is up with the Mint shipping Policy?

I used to have several subscriptions, but realized they were costing me a fortune in shipping. So I canceled all, and now order about every Quarter. However due to the UHR I had to place my order on 1/22/09
9 sets of 2009 Quarters, 1 roll of each P&D 2009 Sacs, set of 2009 Kennedy roll, and the UHR. Paid $4.95 for shipping.

To My point 0n 2/6 I received 2 over night UPS packages 1 with My Kennedys and 1 with my Quarters and P Sac. Just got shipping notice for D sac also shipped UPS overnight. And UHR is in stock and reserved.

That is 3 UPS over night packages for $4.95 so far

The Mint only charges one $4.95 S&H charge regardless of how many packages they have to send to you due to backorders and such, nothing greedy about it on their end and in actuality they are costing themselves alot of money in extra shipping costs. I think their new fulfillment center is having some shipping efficiency issues right now.
