Grainy surfaces are a concern, though that could be just picture quality.

I think this looks like it's been nic-a-dated/acid treated on the whole coin. I've seen a lot of coins looking like this now. If I am correct on it being acid treated then I wouldn't be able to give it an accurate grade.

A little wear throughout entire coin ; Scratch lower obverse through date and neck . VF-35 .

EF Details, porous planchet and coin wrapper PMD on the obverse. There are a lot of Buffs from this era with the reddish ED on the surfaces, and this may be one of them. The seller's photos don't allow much better analysis of this coin.
