looking at this coin again I can say it could be MS also. my only concern is that we cant see the full cheek due to the marker. toning makes it a little more challenge to see minor circulation wear. if it makes the MS grade i'd put it at MS62. if it comes back as a 62 then that more than doubles its value from a 58 at about $1600
