Interesting facial feature on the cheek of this 1995D (Right) Lincoln Cent. There are a couple coins with die issues in this area of the coin.
A close inspection doesn't look like PMD. Any thoughts?

There are several contact marks on the face, between the eyes, below the nose (vertical line) on the cheek diagonal line (heading NW), and behind the eye (horizontal). all in slightly different locations on the 2 coins presented. Looks like contact hits to me as stated above.
