1999-P Pennsylvania Quarter - What Is This Error Please?

errorluvr New Member United States 31 Posts	Posted 06/20/2022 3:44 pm I've seen this a few times. There is a raised edge on the letters all through the word Pennsylvania. This is a 1999 P Pennsylvania Quarter. I haven't located any information so opinions are greatly appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

I can't quite get my head around a grease error causing the lip to raise up at the top of the letters. I'm confused....but that isn't anything new. LOL Report this Post to the Staff
