It is not jagged on the edges. It doesn't appear to be moved I mean I could be wrong though. that's why I'm asking here. Let me try for another picture.

I believe it isn't a clipped planchet. Perhaps someone took a file to it.

Either way I think it is a cool coin. Better then the 1833 I have that seems like someone polished to make it shine.
