Hello,
Thank you for any helping information as to the identification of class this would be considered? Would this be considered common? My apologies my phone is the only camera I have, discouraging to capture close macro photos.

Nothing wrong with those pictures.
That is called an off centre strike. Too bad we couldn't see the
complete date, it would have added some more value.
It also shows some split plating.
Definitely a keeper.

Thank you for welcoming me to the forum community. My apologies with not leading that I'm new to the forum and this was my first post.
You can see the date if held at the right angle and lighting, it also looks as though there is letters around the edge, but most likely its me and my old vision :)
Would this be considered Doubled as well it seems like some of the numbers and letters are not the same?

. Not a doubled die, it is an off-center strike. Kinda common in 1999. Check ebay sold values for an idea on value.

Nice find, definitely something to hang on to. I took a quick glance on ebay and I saw similar 1999 off-center cents for sale starting around $15 or less.

A super coin for your first post @nob and welcome to CCF. This is definitely worth protecting in a 2x2.

These were shipped in $50 bags until 2001. So finding off centers were easier to find.
