1934-Chinese-Soviet-Dollars,-Any-Good-Resources-Out-There-For-These-Coins

Does anyone have any good resources out there, Chinese or English, that talks about these coins, such as the production process, mintage statistics, survival rates, counterfeit detections, history, etc? Seems these coins have become quite popular and quite valuable in recent years, but not many sources highlighting them (unable to find any) seem to be available. My impression is that they are quite rare, but a decent amount of them have come up on the market in the last few years. This kinda makes me a little cautious of fakes moving around, especially given that they are Chinese coins. I'm pretty confident in any TPGs that are willing to claim a coin is genuine, but given the counterfeit track record many Chinese products have (not only coins), it makes me a little fearful that very very high quality counterfeit examples are being made and passed around. I remember watching a Youtube video of how modern counterfeiters were able to produce Ming vaces that could even fool the best experts on them. These vaces went on to sell for millions. I wouldn't be surprised if counterfeit-coin operations are also operating to produce these coins, given their recent explosion in value. The money to be made would be very enticing to anyone to be honest.

Would my fear be unfounded? Would appreciate anyone's input. These pieces are worth talking about.

Just to highlight an example, the coin imaged above sold in 2017 for around $20k. It then went on to sell for $384k this year. It's a top pop graded at PCGS MS-62. Other, gradeable examples, have seen an explosion in value going upwards of $50k+. Even genuine graded coins are going for over $20k. These coins just 3-5 years ago were averaging around $7k-$11k, $15k tops. It's incredible. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the pieces on the market, or to be on the market, turn out to be super fakes down the line.

I was trying to figure out what the slogan around the globe above meant, reading it over several times the translation wasn't quite correct, thank goodness for wiki: Proletarians of the world, unite!
(German: Proletarier aller Länder, vereinigt euch! ) is a well-known slogan of the international communist movement.

In the English version of the Communist Manifesto, which was prefaced by Engels in 1888, the word "proletariats" was changed to "working men".

This slogan was first coined by the French woman writer Flora Tristan, and later quoted by the German philosopher Karl Marx , in Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels ' 1848 " Communist Party " appeared in the Declaration.

"Communists disdain to conceal their views and intentions. They openly declare that their aim can only be achieved by the violent overthrow of all existing social institutions. Let the ruling class tremble in the face of the communist revolution. All the proletarians have lost in this revolution are chains. What they get will be the whole world.

There are more wealthy Asian now willing to reclaim Chinese artifacts long sold or stole from other time periods, not surprising these once cheap rarity is now the gems.
