Looks like it has spent some time in a fire at one time:
1991-D-One-Dime-With-A-Bunk-In-The-Back
Color and bulging looks present on this coin. A spender or an educational coin to show to a new collector. Save these in a larger tube so that you can find them for a show and tell session with a new collector. (Sometimes you might be asked to take the lead in a discussion, for a group of collectors. Having this information might be nice to have handy for this discussion?) Sorry, I'm always the one stressing education for the new collectors. That way they can see, what we already have seen on coins.
