Sorry guys, I made a mistake. The coin is from Poland, not Latvia. My bad.

On ebay, such a coin goes for $ 30-40.
I would estimate yours at $30.

I would agree it is an EF coin...nice detail remaining in the collar embroidery...but I see an obv rim ding at 6 o'clock.
