I'll say VG-10, possibly F-12.

I'd also say VG-10, providing there's no corrosion in the center of that spot.

I'm also at VG-10 , I really can't call it F-12 because hardly anything of LIBERTY legible .

I think VG-10 is a fair grade.

I too agree at VG. Not seeing any if the Snow varieties pop out like MPD, RPD, broken date either.

to me it has enough meat to push it over the line. reverse looks better than VG. F12
