Looks like it from Chuck's site but something about how the second D looks is making me seem not sure if its the same RPM.

Has gouges and chips in column 12 like the one listed, but they are different also from Coppercoins pics.

That is 1964D-1MM-002. Nice find. I found one at a coin show. It was in a pack of 1964 Coins that were put together. Made my day!
