I feel like this photo is hiding something.
I will say AU-58 from what I can see.

AU-58 is a safe bet. There is a minor halo effect around the devices, and the fields around the eagle. It could be low mint state, but play it safe and buy the AU.
Suffering from bust half fever.

for the 00(S) coins they should show an average strike overall. I think this one is just tad shy of that. the breast could use a little more definition but I dont think its going to affect grade

based on the photos presented the luster appears to be broken especially across the cheek area. eye appeal of the obv is not bad, it looks like some gold, brown and blue and even some purple tones coming through in a few areas. I'm going to bet it looks better in hand. for the reverse its a pretty much the same however areas are starting to go to black blotchy patches which for me is not real desirable. I'm seeing very little if any markers that the coin was circulated

imo the glare in these photos is making the high point areas on both sides appear to be wear when there is a good chance its cabinet rub.

AU58 or MS63+/64 and I'm going with MS63+ on this one. if the cheek luster was more apparent I would be at 64

Well then.I can get on board with all comments above. I'd love to get into it at $250 but at $400 it is a bit of a gamble! My thoughts, it is offered as BU, when I deep dive on the pics, I can get there but upon a quick glance it looks like a slider 58.

Definitely a gamble based on the pics. $400 would be a steal if this were actually MS (and panzaldi is right) but these pictures, at face value, look slider to me.
