ICCS is in Toronto, CCCS is in Montreal area you should contact them first if they grade US coins, US coins most likely will be better in a US grading company

Postage and insurance need to be figured in to send them to the US. Are they high grade? Why do you want them cert'd?

If you are selling to a US market then a US grader would be accepted more readily. ICCS will grade them no problem.

if you have a US drop box, may be a whole lot easier and cheaper to ship from the other side of the border. Keep a record of what you have and are doing (photo's and dates are good choice). At worst you would have to pay tax on the cost of service provided. Sometimes a local dealer may ship your coins with one of their orders, but from reading the forum, that sounds less common.
