Herewith I am sharing images of 1943/2 over date of Canadian 10 cents coin and the images are very similar to that 1943/2 USA Five cents coin.
Please let me know your suggestions.

Wherever did you get the idea that there is a 1943/2 Canadian dime?
There is no such variety. Hope you didn't buy it as one.
That is just some sort of mark on the field.

It has some Die Deterioration Doubling, but I see no 3/2.

Sorry, that looks like a small die crack (if raised) or a mark (if recessed) in a place that is merely coincidental. The minor doubling around the digits of the date also suggests that the reverse die was starting to deteriorate.
